§ 1123.01. Prohibited disposal of waste matter.

No person shall throw, spill, cast, deposit, drop, scatter or leave or cause to be thrown glass, scrap iron, nails, tacks, wire, mud, dirt, gravel, sawdust, shavings, hay, straw, offal, fruit or vegetable matter, garbage, trees or other litter or any offensive matter likely to injure or harm individuals, animals or tires of vehicles upon any street, sidewalk, square or other public place. Building debris or material used in the construction of buildings may be placed or permitted if a written permit is issued by the Building Code Enforcement Official.
