§ 1123.14. Record of payments.

  • The City Treasurer shall properly collect all fees and charges for the services provided for in this article and shall keep in his office proper records showing all collections made and received by him, and all charges which are in default with respective amounts due thereon, and the persons by whom the same are payable. Such records shall be open to inspection at all times to any taxpayer or resident of the City.
