§ 533.09. Fence regulations.

  • (a)

    Barbed wire fences. No fence, barrier or obstruction consisting or made in whole or in part of what is commonly called "barbed wire" shall be erected, constructed or maintained in or upon any of the streets or other public walks within the City, and no such fence, barrier or obstruction shall be so erected, constructed or maintained along any such street or driveway, without a permit therefor from the office of the Building Code Enforcement Official.

    (b)

    Electrically-charged fences. No person shall construct, erect, maintain or use for any purpose any partition fence or fence adjoining public property charged with electrical current, within the City.
