§ 545.02. Carrying concealed deadly weapons without license.

(a)

No person shall carry a concealed deadly weapon, without a State license or other lawful authorization established under the provisions of W. Va. Code, § 61-7-4 et seq.

(b)

Whoever violates this section shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00 plus costs imposed by the Municipal Court. (W. Va. Code, § 61-7-3)
