§ 935.99. Penalty.

Whoever violates any of the rules and regulations made and promulgated by the Sanitary Water Pollution Control Board shall be fined or imprisoned, or both. The fine shall not be less than $5.00, or more than $100.00, and the imprisonment shall not exceed 30 days, and each day that any person continues the violation of any of the rules and regulations made and promulgated by the Board shall constitute a separate offense.
