§ 936.33. Penalties.

(a)

Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this Article may be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, may be subject to a fine or not more than $5,000.00 or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both for each violation with costs imposed at the discretion of the court.

(b)

Each day that a violation continues will be a separate offense.

(c)

The City of Hurricane may institute injunctive, mandamus or other appropriate action or proceedings of law to correct violations of this Article or seek temporary or permanent restraining orders, injunctions, mandamus or other appropriate forms of relief.
