§ 967.99. Penalty.

Latest version.

Whoever violates Article 967 shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 plus court costs. (W. Va. Code, § 29-3E-12).

Any other violation of Article 967, please note penalties pursuant to Ordinance 101.99.
