§ 105.02. Ballot position; preparation of ballots; publication of ballot; methods of voting.

(a)

The drawing for ballot positions by candidates shall take place on the 70th day next preceding the general election.

(b)

The preparation of the election ballot and the method of voting, together with all other aspects of all City elections, shall fully conform, where applicable to the requirement of Chapter Three of the West Virginia Code (W. Va. Code, § 3-1-1 et seq.).
