§ 109.03. Additional invitations and advertising.

Nothing in Section 109.01 shall preclude Council from directing that invitations to bid shall also be given to contractors in other localities believed to be qualified to perform the work sought to be performed, or from causing additional advertisements from being published in other localities; provided, that all such invitations and advertisements conform to the requirements of Section 109.02 and no prospective bidder shall be given any information not given to all other prospective bidders.
