§ 125.01. Title; duties.

Latest version.

The Mayor shall be the head of the City Government and the chief executive officer of the City. The Mayor shall see that all of the laws and ordinances of the City are enforced, and he shall have general supervision over all executive departments, offices and agencies of the City Government.
