§ 147.01. Establishment.

(a)

There is hereby formed, created and established a municipal building commission, which shall have all of the powers set forth in W. Va. Code, § 8-33-1 et seq., referred to in this Article as "the Act," and which shall be known as the Hurricane Building Commission.

(b)

The Hurricane Building Commission shall be a public corporation and shall have perpetual existence in accordance with the Act.
