§ 161.14. Execution for fines, penalties.

The Municipal Court shall have the power to issue executions for all fines, civil and criminal penalties and costs imposed by the Court, or the Court may require the immediate payment thereof. The Municipal Court shall have the power to charge Court costs up to $160.00 in addition to all fines imposed by the Court.
