§ 725.99. Penalty.

Except as may be herein otherwise expressly provided, whoever violates any provision of this Article for which a penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $500.00 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. Each day or part thereof that any violation continues shall be deemed to constitute a distinct and separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
