§ 1721.01. Adoption.

(a)

As previously approved by City Council on April 2, 1990, W. Va. Code, § 29-3-5b (as promulgated by the West Virginia State Fire Commission) was adopted by the city to adhere to the International Building Code within municipal limits. The code sets forth the standard for building construction, enforcement powers, and appeals.
