§ 1313.99. Penalty.

Whoever violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or whoever resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00. Each day's continuance of a violation shall be considered a separate offense.
