§ 1365.03. Storage; junkyards; new lots.

(a)

Storage lots. No lot or premises shall be used as a garbage or storage dump, or a dead animal rendering plant. No manure, rubbish or miscellaneous refuse may be stored in the open within any district where the same may be construed as a menace to public health or safety. No exception or variance shall be made except by amendment of this Zoning Ordinance.

(b)

Junkyards. Junkyards, salvage yards, used parts yards or automobile or appliance grave yards are prohibited in all zones unless specifically allowed as a permissive use or a special permit use in a particular zone.

(c)

Creation of new lots. No lot shall be created which does not meet the provisions of this Ordinance.
