§ 345.311. Improper representation as official stations.

(a)

No person shall in any manner represent any place as an official inspection station unless such station is operating under a valid permit issued by the division.

(b)

No person shall issue a certificate of inspection and approval unless then holding a valid permit hereunder. (W. Va. Code, § 17C-16-7)
