§ 1123.11. Disposal of refuse.

(a)

No person shall burn garbage or refuse containing garbage.

(b)

No person shall burn trash (except in an incinerator of a design approved by Council).

(c)

No person shall bury garbage within any place within the City except as authorized by Council.
