§ 1123.12. Regulation of private refuse disposal systems.

(a)

No person shall collect, remove, haul or convey any refuse through or upon any street, avenue, alley or thoroughfare and dispose of it in any manner or place unless authorized by Council.

(b)

Refuse collection equipment shall be maintained in a state of good repair and cleanliness.
