§ 1507.02. Permit required.

(a)

Necessity for permit for storage tank. No person shall construct or install any storage tank for flammable liquids within the City without first obtaining from Council a permit thereof.

(b)

Application. The applicant for such permit shall file with Council an application showing the location of such storage tank together with plans and specifications of such tanks.

(c)

Issuance. Upon the approval of such application by Council, the Building Code Enforcement Official shall issue a permit to construct or install a storage tank in accordance therewith.

(d)

Revocation. A permit for the construction or installation of such storage tank may be revoked by Council.
