§ 1507.05. Gasoline dealers; storage requirements.

  • Gasoline in any quantity in excess of 2,200 gallons shall not be kept, stored or maintained by any person at any location or on any parcel of land on which is located any structure, station or pumps used for the sale of gasoline at retail, commonly known as filling stations or service stations, nor shall any tank or tanks of an aggregate capacity of more than 2,200 gallons be so kept or maintained. No person operating such filling station or service station shall use any land or premises adjoining or in close proximity thereto for the purpose of storing an additional quantity of gasoline for sale at retail.
