§ 109.02. Contents of advertisements.

Notice to bidders shall state:
(1)

The nature of the work;

(2)

The place where the plans and specifications and forms of contract may be seen;

(3)

The amount of cash or bond to be deposited with the City Treasurer as hereinafter required;

(4)

The time up to which the bids shall be received and the hour and place of opening the bids; and

(5)

The right of Council to reject any and all bids.
