§ 129.01. Duties.

The City Treasurer shall collect and receive all taxes, fees, assessments and other charges and debts due the City and for which no other City officer is designated as the collector or recipient. The City Treasurer shall issue all City licenses and permits for which no other City officer is designated as the issuing officer.
