§ 129.02. Fiscal year defined; records to conform.

All fiscal reports, settlements, accounts and statements of the City and of City officers shall conform to the fiscal year, which begins on July 1 of each calendar year and terminates at the close of business on June 30 of the next succeeding calendar year.
