§ 361.13. Vehicles laden with explosives or flammable materials.

No person shall park a vehicle, motor-driven or otherwise, on any street or alley within the City that is laden with any dynamite, nitroglycerin, gunpowder or any other such explosive, ammunition, fireworks or any flammable or combustible liquids or materials such as gasoline or naphtha, or other hazardous material.
